§Install using Obsidian

This theme can be found from within Obsidian under Options -> Appearance --> Themes --> Manage , when searching for Dracula Official under Community themes.

Official installation

§Install using Git

If you are a git user, you can install the theme and keep up to date by cloning the repo:

git clone https://github.com/dracula/obsidian.git

§Install manually

Download using the GitHub .zip download option and unzip them.

§Activating theme manually [Obsidian.md < 0.16]

  1. Depending on your Obsidian.md version, move or symlink either the obsidian.css file for versions below 0.16 or the theme.css file for versions at 1.0 or later into your vault's .obsidian/themes/ folder.
  2. Rename the file to something memorable, like Dracula.css
  3. Select the theme via Options -> Appearance --> Themes --> Manage. It should take effect immediately.
  4. Boom! It's working.
