§Install

§Nextcloud 29 and above

1. Install the Custom CSS Nextcloud App
2. Open the "Theming" settings (Administration Settings -> Theming)
3. Set the Primary color to #BD93F9 and the Background color to #282A36
4. Paste the contents of the theme.css file into the Custom CSS text area
5. Click save
6. Go to your Personal Settings > Appearance & Accessibility, and select "Dark theme"
   • this is particularly important if your User Agent (aka Browser) prefers a light website color scheme

§Nextcloud 28 or older

1. Install the Breeze Dark Nextcloud App
2. Open the "Breeze Dark" section in the "Theming" settings (Nextcloud Settings -> Administration)
3. Paste the contents of the theme_nc28.css file into the Custom styling area
4. Click save
